Privacy Policy

AUDIVID is operated by the AUDIVID team. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and studio, why we collect it, and what control you have. Contact: swadesoul@gmail.com.

• Account data — email address, display name, avatar and sign-in provider (email or Google), plus your plan, credit balance and credit history.
• Media you upload — audio files, cover artwork, AI-generated art and the videos you render, stored in private buckets scoped to your account.
• Project metadata — titles, captions, hashtags, spectrum and overlay settings, aspect ratios, durations, and your rights confirmation and commercial/private selection for each render.
• Usage activity — sign-ins, renders, downloads, publishing attempts and page activity, used for support, abuse prevention and the admin console.
• Connected accounts — when you link YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, we store the access tokens needed to publish on your instruction. Tokens are server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
• Support tickets — the subject, message and contact email you submit, plus the AI review generated for it.

We do not store card numbers. Payments, when enabled, are handled by our payment processor, which receives only what it needs to take payment.

Your uploads and renders belong entirely to you. Files are stored privately and are only accessible through short-lived signed links issued to your signed-in session. We do not use your audio, artwork or video to train models, we do not license it to anyone, and we do not publish it anywhere without your explicit instruction.

Rendering happens locally in your browser — your audio is decoded and drawn on your own device, not on our servers. Administrators can access stored files only for support, legal compliance or abuse investigations.

Two features send data to an AI provider through the Lovable AI gateway: cover-art generation (your text prompt and any reference image you supply) and support-ticket review (the ticket text). Prompts and ticket text are sent only to produce your result and are not used to build a public profile of you.

• To provide the studio, library, credits and publishing features you request (contract).
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and meter usage fairly (legitimate interests).
• To answer support tickets and handle billing questions (contract and legitimate interests).
• To meet legal obligations, including responding to valid takedown or legal requests.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service: our cloud database, authentication and storage provider; the AI gateway used for the features above; our email provider for account and support mail; and, when you choose to publish, the social platform you selected. We never sell personal data.

Media, projects and metadata are kept while your account is active. Deleting a project removes its files. Deleting your account removes your profile, media and projects; credit and activity records may be kept in anonymised or minimal form where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it is available directly in the app — your Library holds your renders, and Settings holds your account and connected platforms. For anything else, email us or open a support ticket and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme. We do not run advertising trackers. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by row-level security so one account cannot read another’s data, and platform secrets are encrypted at rest.

AUDIVID is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. See also our Terms of Service.
