Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AUDIVID (the “Service”), a browser-based tool that turns audio and artwork you supply into animated spectrum video. By creating an account, uploading media or rendering a video, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You keep full ownership of everything you upload and everything you create with AUDIVID. We claim no ownership, no copyright, no license to exploit, and no revenue share in your audio, artwork, captions or rendered videos. We do not sell, license, train on, or redistribute your media.

Rendered videos are yours to use anywhere — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, broadcast, client work, paid distribution or personal archives. Your usage rights are not restricted by us. We only store your files so you can access them in your Library, and we access them solely to operate and support the Service.

AUDIVID is a rendering tool, not a publisher. We have no ability to pre-screen, control or verify what users upload. We are not responsible or liable for any product, recording, image, likeness, trademark or other material uploaded to or produced with the Service that we do not own.

All responsibility for the legality of uploaded material and of the resulting video rests entirely with the account holder who uploaded it.

Before every render you must tick the rights confirmation box. By ticking it you represent and warrant that you either own the audio and artwork, or you hold a valid licence or written permission covering the use you intend.

• Commercial use. Select this only if you own the material or hold a licence that permits commercial exploitation. The render is then yours to publish, monetise and distribute freely.
• Private use. If you do not own the material or are unsure of your rights, the render must be kept private — stored in your Library and used for personal, non-public reference only. It must not be published, distributed, monetised or shared publicly.

Marking work as commercial when you do not hold the necessary rights is a breach of these Terms and may result in removal of the content and termination of your account. You agree to indemnify and hold AUDIVID harmless from any claim, demand, loss or legal cost arising from material you uploaded or published.

Renders and AI features consume credits. Credits are reserved when a job starts and are consumed once the job completes.

• Once a product is created, it is final. No refunds are offered on credits spent on a completed render, generated cover art, or any other delivered output — including if you dislike the result, change your mind, chose the wrong settings, or later lose the rights to the source material.
• If a render fails before completing, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for money.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and is not retroactive.

If you believe you were charged in error or hit a payment problem, open a support ticket. Every ticket is reviewed automatically and refund or payment issues are escalated to a human owner. An escalation is a review, not a promise of a refund — no refunds are offered on products already created.

You agree not to use AUDIVID to process material that:

• infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights you do not hold;
• is unlawful, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors;
• impersonates a person or brand in a deceptive way; or
• attempts to attack, overload, reverse engineer or bypass metering on the Service.

We do not monitor uploads proactively. Where we receive a credible legal complaint or takedown notice, we may remove the affected files and suspend the account involved.

If you connect a YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account, you authorise AUDIVID to publish on your behalf at your instruction. Your content remains subject to each platform’s own policies, and their decisions about your posts are outside our control. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings.

Rendering happens in your browser and depends on your device, browser and network. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUDIVID is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
